In Studio Yoga4Men
Yoga4Men is a muscle lengthening and muscle strengthening practice with attention on breath and alignment. It is a supportive community of all levels. Research has shown that regular yoga practice increases flexibility, decreases stress, improves energy and protects from injury. Come check it out!
