Summer Bliss Retreat

We are thrilled to be hosting our third annual Summer Bliss Retreat at the Sugar Mill House on Lilac Hill in Stowe, Vermont. Join Studio143 owner, Cindia Norton, and Studio143 instructors, Cait Simmons and Cassidy Conway, for a blissful long weekend. The newly constructed home is set upon a hill with scenic views of the surrounding Green Mountains. An 800 acre dairy farm surrounds the property and will mean morning rendezvous with grazing dairy cows! The property also has a large 190 year old recently restored barn where most of the yoga classes will be taking place (some will be outside, weather permitting).

 

There will also be a private chef to cook healthy, delicious meals (accommodating most dietary restrictions) each day. In addition to offering a variety of yoga classes daily, there will be hiking in the beautiful green mountains to visit a lovely local waterfall and swimming spot, Bingham Falls. Stowe is a charming town that has several great restaurants, many outdoor adventures, a farmer's market, and much more. It's the perfect setting for a summer bliss retreat! 

 

Participants of all levels are more than welcome to attend. Retreats are a great way to deepen your practice, strengthen your friendships (or make new ones!), and reconnect with yourself. Please consider joining us for our third retreat!
