Mommy and Baby Yoga is a great opportunity for moms and their new little ones to have fun, tone muscle, and regain strength postpartum. Recommended for babies 6 weeks to crawling, this 45-minute practice will include stretching, strengthening, and savasana all including that bundle of joy. And we know babies cry, so know you're surrounded by moms just like you, and feel free to feed or change baby at any point throughout class. Just bring yourself, your baby, a blanket, and anything else baby may need (pacifier, toy, diaper, etc.) and take this time to bond not only with baby, but with your fellow mommies too! Previous yoga experience not required, but please check with your doctor before starting this or any other form or exercise postpartum.
