Kids Yoga Ages 6-10
This class is taught by:
Join Cindia Norton yoga teacher, second grade teacher, and mother of 4, for a 6 week yoga class for children ages 6-10. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with different breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn basic yoga poses to build strength and balance. Students will learn how yoga can help them calm down or feel energized and sleep better. Basic anatomy will also be incorporated. Class is 45 minutes. Students must sign up in advance. Limited to 15 students.
