Yin Yoga Teacher Training

This Yin Yoga training is intended for yoga teachers and for students of yoga who want to deepen their practice. As we age, the flexibility of the joints decreases and yin yoga is a great way to maintain that flexibility. A yin practice also gives us the opportunity to open to our awareness and become intimate with deeper layers of the self, our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. In this training Kim will teach anatomy of yin yoga, the meridian lines of energy, meditation techniques and getting in and out of yin poses safely.
